How Can A Board Be Tested Without A CPU? (26th Oct 22 at 7:31am UTC)

Without a CPU, you may test your motherboard with a multimeter. The power supply test points on your motherboard must first be located. Once you've found these places, you may check the voltage output with your multimeter. Your motherboard will likely operate properly if the voltages fall within the acceptable range. One method is to verify the voltage levels on the various power rails using a multimeter.
